Mohammed Mithani

Mohammed brings a multidisciplinary perspective grounded in experience across real estate strategy, economic development, and digital transformation.

 

At HR&A, he has supported the City of Dallas in developing a citywide strategic vision, conducted a peer review for an economic and fiscal impact analysis of a major theme park, and contributed to real estate planning for a national labor union representing performing artists. Previously at McKinsey & Company, he supported the global delivery of Forward, a leadership development program that equipped thousands of emerging professionals globally with business and problem-solving skills to strengthen their local economies. At The Dallas Foundation, he guided funding decisions aimed at reducing intergenerational poverty and strengthening nonprofit collaboration across North Texas.

Mohammed has also worked at the intersection of health equity and service delivery, leading change management efforts at BB Imaging to improve maternal healthcare access in underserved communities. As a Portfolio Manager at RBL Realty, he oversaw operations of several Section 8 and low-income housing properties.

Mohammed holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin and is passionate about building more inclusive, opportunity-rich cities through problem solving and cross-sector collaboration.
