Lynn provides research and analytical support to projects ranging from equitable economic development to transit-oriented development.
Prior to joining HR&A, Lynn worked at CREC where she conducted comparative research on statewide business incentive programs and helped facilitate a regional economic development planning workshop for the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. She also served in the City of Philadelphia, contributing to their first nighttime economy plan as well as their complete streets projects. In addition to economic development, Lynn has worked in urban design and park/public space planning at Interface Studio.
Lynn holds a Master of City Planning degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Public Policy and Anthropology from the University of Chicago.
