Anastasia Hediger

Analyst

Anastasia brings housing and climate policy implementation experience on the city, state, and federal levels with a focus on affordable housing finance and decarbonization strategies.

 

As an Analyst at HR&A’s New York Office, Anastasia specializes in housing finance, supporting projects involving real estate transactions, fund design, and developing housing plans.

Prior to joining HR&A, Anastasia helped develop and launch Community Preservation Corporation Climate Capital – a national green lending platform for multifamily housing – as a Senior Analyst on the Production team. Anastasia previously worked at Efficiency Maine Trust, a statewide quasi-government energy efficiency agency in Maine, where she managed the new electric vehicle incentive program and other climate initiatives. She has also held research and strategic planning roles at BJH Advisors and the NYC Department of Buildings.

Anastasia holds a Master of Urban Planning from New York University, where she focused on housing and community development, and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and History from Bowdoin College.
