Thank you for your interest in contract work with HR&A! We are always looking for diverse talent for short- and long-term employment to support our mission. We offer a range of contractor opportunities including independent 1099-contractor roles as well as longer-term opportunities via our employment partner, Magnit. These longer-term opportunities offer health and wellness benefits and paid holidays which are administered through Magnit. All contractor roles benefit from working alongside HR&A team members in integrated project teams.

We are former public servants, urban planners, designers, city officials, activists, real estate developers and economists. We create value for our clients by integrating multiple disciplines and leading teams with architects, engineers, lawyers, community organizers, and other specialists.
