Our commitment to anti-racism, diversity, equity, and inclusion (ADEI) is critical to the mission and identity of HR&A. We approach this by continuously:  
  • Examining the social and economic disparities within the systems, institutions, and communities where we work.
  • Interrogating our role in perpetuating inequities, learning best practices, and exploring how to redirect our firm and our clients towards building more equitable cities.
  • Refining our approach to how we hire, manage, support, and reward our employee-owners to ensure that our firm is a place that honors difference and equips all staff to thrive.
  • Recognizing the role of the people in the communities where we work and our commitment to supporting their visions.
