As a Senior Analyst based in the New York City office, Annaissa specializes in real estate and economic development advisory, leveraging strategic insight and execution experience to support projects that create long-term value and community impact.

Prior to joining HR&A, Annaissa held multiple roles at Rice Real Estate and Rice Management Company, where she supported real estate strategy, leasing, financial modeling, and community investment initiatives for Rice University’s real estate portfolio. She also worked with the Greater Houston Partnership, focusing on economic development research and strategic planning.

Annaissa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Houston and an MBA with a focus on Real Estate from Rice University.
