Sarah McCue Callaghan
Director of Marketing
Sarah leads marketing and communications efforts for HR&A’s growing teams in New York, Dallas, Los Angeles and Washington DC.
Sarah collaborates with HR&A Partners and Principals to create and execute marketing strategies that target specific geographies and service lines in support of the firm’s growth and business development efforts. To communicate HR&A’s value to clients and partners, Sarah manages the firm’s branding across offices and platforms, and provides proposal oversight for competitive bids. In addition to overseeing the marketing team, Sarah focuses on expanding HR&A’s reach and industry presence by identifying and creating thought leadership opportunities for senior team members.
Sarah brings over a decade of experience in strategic marketing, creative development, client services, and project management to the firm. Prior to joining HR&A, Sarah worked at NYC & Company, the official marketing, tourism, and partnership organization for the City of New York. While at NYC & Company, Sarah served as research liaison for the Marketing Department; in this capacity, she was responsible for identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing audience growth opportunities as well as synthesizing and communicating market intelligence. She also led several of New York’s most iconic programs including NYC Restaurant Week and provided strategic marketing direction for significant policy publications, including “One New York”, the comprehensive 50-year plan for building a socially, economically, and environmentally sustainable New York City.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Sociology from Duke University.
