Chief Talent Officer
Sarah is responsible for talent development across all HR&A offices.
Sarah brings nearly a decade of professional experience, as well as extensive knowledge of HR&A’s public-private development work and an intimate familiarity with HR&A’s culture. She oversees recruiting, training, mentoring, and overall staff development across staff levels for all HR&A offices. Previously, Sarah was HR&A’s first dedicated Director of Marketing.
Prior to re-joining HR&A, Sarah was an Assistant Vice President at Montparnasse 56, one of the leading independent operators of tourist attractions in Europe and the United States and the world’s only company specializing in the management of observation decks. Sarah oversaw operations of the company’s US headquarters and managed development and construction of a new observatory at the top of One Liberty Place in Center City Philadelphia.
Sarah earned a Bachelor of Arts in Latin Language and Literature and a Bachelor of Music in Voice Performance through the prestigious Oberlin College and Conservatory Double Degree Program. Since 2012, Sarah has served as the Captain of FC Chupacabras, a co-ed, recreational soccer team dominating competition on the field from Brooklyn to Manhattan.
