Phoebe provides research and analytical support for a range of sustainable urban development, equitable growth, and resilience projects.
Phoebe brings experience in environmental planning and urban resilience to her work at HR&A. Previously, Phoebe helped write environmental impact statements for mid-sized developments in New York City, and interned in AECOM’s Resiliency Practice, where she supported the Lower Manhattan Coastal Resiliency project.
Phoebe received her Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from Barnard College, where she concentrated in Sustainable Development & Environmental Science. Phoebe also received a minor in Architecture. In her free time, she enjoys cooking with her mom and running along the Jersey City waterfront.
