Peter Gross


Peter supports the creation of urban revitalization and community development initiatives.

Peter analyzes the economic implications of revitalization initiatives and assesses real estate market potential for new development. Currently, he is supporting a downtown revitalization effort in Jamaica, Queens on behalf of New York State.

Previously, Peter worked at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, where he advised on policy and planning, and analyzed mortgage trends. He also supported adult education programs throughout New York City as an NYC Civic Corps member.

Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from Swarthmore College, where he graduated with high honors.
