As an Analyst in HR&A’s Raleigh Office, Peter develops market-driven strategies for dynamic cities and equitable economic development.
Peter is currently working on an assessment of Clemson University’s Innovation Campuses market alignment and program success, the City of Shakopee, Minnesota’s Comprehensive Plan update, and a market analysis of NC Highway 98 corridor Durham and Wake Counties in North Carolina.
Peter comes to HR&A with a background in urban planning advocacy, geographic systems, and economic analysis. Prior to joining HR&A, Peter worked on public-private partnerships, asset management, and real estate analysis at the Development Finance Initiative. Peter also interned at the Kerr-Tar Council of Governments where he coordinated regional economic development strategies and facilitated collaboration between local economic development stakeholders.
Peter holds a Masters of in City and Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he concentrated in economic development. He holds Bachelors of Arts in Urban Geography and Political Science from Pennsylvania State University.
