Molly provides research and analytical support for a variety of sustainable development and resilience projects.

 
Currently, Molly is supporting the 100 Resilient Cities’ Global Summit and the Lower Manhattan Coastal Resiliency project, and is assessing the market size for a new smart sustainable home technology.
 
Molly brings experience in real estate and sustainable urban development to her work at HR&A. Prior to joining HR&A, Molly reviewed housing and transportation policy at the Urban Development Institute, a Vancouver-based non-profit that advances responsible urban growth. Previously, Molly coordinated feasibility studies, rezoning processes, and construction management for at South Street Development Group, a mixed-use and multifamily developer.
 
Molly received her Bachelor of Arts from McGill University, where she majored in Geography, Urban Systems, and North American Studies.
