Katherine provides research and analytical support for a variety of real estate and economic development projects.
Katherine is currently supporting real estate projects such as the repositioning of a large office complex in Vancouver, CA and the economic and fiscal impact studies of sports stadiums.
She previously interned at Jones Lang LaSalle in the retail capital markets division where she performed commercial brokerage research on NNN tenants throughout the country. Katherine also interned at the Los Angeles Mayor’s Office, where she analyzed street vending zoning regulations for the Office of Economic Development while representing the Office of Immigrant Affairs at press conferences.
Katherine holds her Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from Boston University with concentrations in Real Estate, Law, and Global Business.
