As an Analyst in HR&A’s New York Office, Julian supports HR&A’s public policy, real estate, and economic development practices across a range of geographies and asset classes.
Julian specializes in leveraging quantitative analysis, including statistical analysis, financial modeling, predictive analysis, and data visualization; to inform public policy, vet investment theses, and identify the drivers of economic change. He has supported projects for public and private clients across the United States including in Detroit, Chicago, New York, and Southern California. As a technical advisor, he is also responsible for training staff and working to formalize and advance firm methodologies.
Julian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Yale University.
