Talent Development Coordinator
Diana supports HR&A’s recruiting, training, mentoring, and overall staff development across staff levels for all HR&A offices.
Prior to joining HR&A, Diana worked as an Operations Associate for The Financial Clinic. Prior to her work with The Financial Clinic, she was selected as a Public Ally for the National Public Service Fellowship, a competitive 10-month program focused on advancing new leadership to strengthen communities, nonprofits, and civic participation. Previously, she served as a Disaster Survivor Assistance Specialist Corps Member with the AmeriCorps NCCC FEMA Corps, where she provided full-time disaster preparedness and relief support to communities across Georgia, Maryland, and Texas.
Diana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in International Studies and Public Administration from Montclair State University. She is currently pursuing an Advanced Diploma in Managing Workplace Diversity and Inclusion from the NYU School of Professional Studies.
