Alex Henao

Director of Finance

Alex is Director of Finance at HR&A. He reports to the COO and serves as senior deputy in the financial management functions of the firm, including financial analytics, business planning, and compliance. He works in close collaboration with senior management from every HR&A office and department.

Alex graduated with a master’s degree in Finance and an undergraduate degree in History from Pace University in New York city. His financial management and operational experience cuts across different industries including not-for-profit, educational publishing, investment banking/asset management, and broadcast media.
