HR&A has been selected to provide on-call advisory services to clients in numerous states, including Massachusetts, New Jersey, and Virginia. HR&A was recently selected as on-call advisor to the Massachusetts Development Finance Agency (MassDevelopment) and is providing economic development and real estate consulting services. Our work is currently focused on revitalization strategies for the port City of New Bedford, MA. For the City of Newark, HR&A provides on-call real estate, financial, and cost estimation advisory services to the City of Newark Office of the Deputy Mayor for Economic Development. Under this contract, HR&A has evaluated the financial and market feasibility of affordable housing proposals submitted to the City by private developers, including an extensive analysis of requests for public subsidies and incentives.
