Balancing the need to maintain flagship public parks with the concurrent desire to preserve parks as respites from commercial activity is a challenge that has burdened stewards of many of the world's premier green spaces. HR&A is seeking to answer fundamental questions associated with revenue-generation for the development plan of Toronto's Lake Ontario Park.
