For Wilson Meany Sullivan and Stockbridge Real Estate Funds, HR&A prepared detailed economic and fiscal impact analysis for all phases of a 238-acre mixed use project (3,000 dwelling units, 620,000 s.f. of retail, 75,000 s.f. of commercial office, 20,000 s.f. casino expansion and 300-room hotel, plus public parks and amenities) that will replace the Hollywood Park race track in Inglewood, California, located three miles east of Los Angeles International Airport. HR&A also assisted the developers in reviewing and commenting on analysis prepared by the City's economic consultants, and provided assistance with various affordable housing and infrastructure financing issues that figured in the development agreement with the City. The Inglewood City Council approved the project development entitlements in July 2009.
