HR&A was recently retained by the City of Greensboro, North Carolina to formulate an investment strategy and implementation plan which will reinvigorate Greensboro's Cultural District and maximize its potential use and value. Initial planning and public engagement efforts in downtown Greensboro have been successful, and the Cultural District has emerged as the logical next area of focus. HR&A Advisors will perform a thorough study of market dynamics, leading to an analysis of the merits and challenges of development opportunities, and strategic prioritization of public improvements that leverage maximum private investment and result in a vibrant and revitalized downtown core.
