On behalf of Waterfront Toronto (formerly Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Corporation), HR&A is working with a multidisciplinary team to craft a redevelopment plan for a critical section of Toronto's central waterfront, adjacent to the Harbourfront Centre Arts Complex. New uses will include an underground parking garage, waterfront open space and commercial uses. HR&A is conducting a market analysis for parking, commercial, and institutional uses to inform a feasibility assessment, developing capital investment plan options, and creating a financial model for ongoing operations.
