HR&A President Eric Rothman was invited to present at Rail~Volution 2009: Building Livable Communities with Transit on October 31st in Boston. Eric discussed the financing of livable communities and tools to encourage transit-oriented development, drawing on the firm's recent experience with transit-oriented development projects in New Jersey, New York, and the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
