HR&A is working as part of a team led by Cooper Robertson & Partners to create a master plan for Union Pier in Charleston, South Carolina. The master planning effort will create a plan for a new cruise terminal on the pier and associated private development that will tie the waterfront to the adjacent downtown communities. HR&A will lead the economic and financial analysis.
Also in Charleston, HR&A is working on a master planning team lead by Glatting Jackson Kercher Anglin to complete a planfor the substantial land and facilities at Patriots Point, including the Patriots Point Naval and Maritime Museum. The Patriots Point Authority is seeking a plan that increases the civic and monetary value of their significant land holdings which enhancing the visitors experience of the Museum and its special facilities.
