R.G. Kahoe joined the firm in October 2009 and brings a range of experience across public and private sectors in strategic design, planning, development, investment and management of commercial real estate. His background yields a synthesis of the private equity, real estate development and architecture industries and brings to HR&A hands-on knowledge of single-property and portfolio investing, real estate market and feasibility analysis, mixed-use neighborhood development and public-private sector partnerships. He has worked on projects in New York City, Boston, Philadelphia, and Miami, among others. Mr. Kahoe holds a Master's of Science in Real Estate from New York University with a concentration in Development and Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and Urban Studies from The University of Pennsylvania. He is also a graduate of Columbia University's Shape of Two Cities Program.
