Molly Quirk, an analyst, has worked with a variety of public and private clients since joining HR&A in January of 2008. Ms. Quirk is currently working with a large New York City non-profit, developing a financial pro forma to advise the redevelopment of a portion of their real estate portfolio, and is assisting with economic analysis and the development of an investment strategy for the Port of New Bedford in Massachusetts. Ms. Quirk also continues to support the firm's work providing strategic advisory services for the redevelopment of the South Street Seaport. Prior to joining HR&A, Ms. Quirk worked for the Brooklyn Borough President for whom she helped coordinate New York City Capital Budget allocations and assisted with a range of economic development initiatives. Ms. Quirk is a graduate of Columbia University.
