Jamie Springer, an HR&A Principal, brings extensive international experience in public sector management, public-private development structures, economic development, planning, and community relations. Mr. Springer leads HR&A's business planning efforts for major rezoning and redevelopment projects and has managed market and feasibility studies for waterfront revitalization projects, such as the New York City Harbor District, Governors Island, and the Toronto Waterfront. He has led a number of economic and fiscal impact studies for the firm, from measuring the value of Times Square to New York City to projecting the impact of major mixed-use development projects in the New York-New Jersey region.
