David Berneman, an Analyst with HR&A, has worked on a variety of urban planning, real estate development, public policy and sustainability planning projects since joining the firm. Mr. Berneman most recently assisted the firm with an analysis of the economic composition of a redevelopment project area located in the County of San Bernardino. Previously, Mr. Berneman assisted with a fiscal impact study of a large-scale condominium project located in Century City, and assisted the Los Angeles County Community Development Commission in selecting among competitive proposals for its Industry Fund affordable housing program. Mr. Berneman holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science, Policy and Management from the University of California, Berkeley, as well as a Master of Arts in Urban Planning from the University of California, Los Angeles. Mr. Berneman also holds a certification as a LEED Accredited Professional
