Daniel H. Fuchs brings experience in infrastructure development, waterfront revitalization strategies, public-private real estate transactions, economic and fiscal impact analysis, and multidisciplinary project management. He has supported strategic planning efforts for clients in the public, private and nonprofit sectors, and is currently working with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey on real estate strategy for the $9 billion Access to the Region's Core tunnel project, and with a multidisciplinary team analyzing the removal of the elevated Gardiner Expressway along Toronto's waterfront. Other recent work includes two pier redevelopment efforts in the Hudson River Park, a downtown plan for Austin, Texas, an economic development strategy for the State of Connecticut, and projecting the economic and fiscal impacts of nearly $20 billion in real estate development. Mr. Fuchs holds a B.A. from Yale University with distinction in architecture and urban studies.
