Since joining the firm in 2007, Ms. Broder has provided a range of services for both public and private sector clients. She is currently advising the City of Newark on the disposition of City-owned land for redevelopment, and is preparing a market assessment for the redevelopment of publicly-owned land in Oneida County, New York. Previous work included exploring funding strategies for new waterfront parks in Toronto and analyzing public-private development scenarios for the City University of New York (CUNY)'s John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
Ms. Broder holds a Master of Public Administration from New York University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Georgetown University.
